Business and private events 

You can organise multitudes of different kinds of events at the Lahti Historical Museum. We have spaces suited for small gatherings and bigger events with our rentable spaces fitting groups of up to 80 people. Our spaces suit events such as bigger meetings, lectures, smaller music events, birthday parties or workshops. The museum is also able to offer catering services for events.

August Fellman Hall

August Fellman Hall is an event space fit for different kinds of events, from dining to lectures. The space has big screens and the possibility to have sound projection during your event. The space also has a piano and is perfect for smaller music performances. It is possible to book this space during opening hours of the museum, but the space must be kept public as people need to cross it to access exhibition spaces. 

Max. 80 people. 

Price: 150 euros an hour + cost of upkeep during the event and other costs regarding the event.

The Salon

The Salon, located on the first floor of the museum, is suited for smaller events. It is possible to equip the space with presentation technology and the space can be arranged to have seating with tables or without. The space is open for private bookings only outside the opening hours of the museum. 

Max 40 people.

Price: 70 euros an hour + the cost of upkeep during the event and other costs regarding the event.

Atle’s Attic

This attic space, created as a place for workshops and co-working, is possible to rent for different events such as meetings or workshops. The space is equipped with chairs and tables, two screens and a small kitchen that can be utilised in catering. The space is open for private bookings between 8 am and 8 pm. 

Max 50 people.

Price 100 euros an hour + the cost of cleaning and other costs regarding the event.

The kitchen in Atles attic
